Information Collected by Wallflower
When you visit a Wallflower website, we may collect information about your visit using cookies (if you allow) and website log files pursuant to common practice for commercial websites. In addition to information provided by you, Wallflower may use publicly available information to improve its products and services.
If you purchase products or services from us, we will collect payment information such as, for example, a credit card number and the credit card’s three or four digit validation code, or account information from a payment service such as PayPal.
No collection from children
Our website and products and services not directed at children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly request, collect, or maintain personally identifiable information from children.
Use of Your Information
Wallflower will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Your personal information will remain in Wallflower’s possession and control and will be accessible only to Wallflower and selected third parties acting under its direction and control who use your personal data only for the purposes set forth herein. Wallflower may share aggregated data with third parties and use the aggregated data for other purposes where the personal information of any individual user cannot be determined from the aggregated data.
Wallflower stores and processes its data in a secure facility and takes measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized or unintended access. Nonetheless, you agree to assume the risk for any and all unauthorized or unintended access to your personal information. Wallflower will not be liable for any unauthorized or unintended access to your personal information.

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of personal customer information that we share with our affiliates or other third parties for marketing purposes, as well as the names and addresses of such affiliates or other third parties. If you are located outside of the United States while accessing the Wallflower website or Wallflower’s products and services, please be advised that your information will be transmitted into the United States and other countries.
